Equipped with the most advanced sensor technology available in all Ninestars trash cans, this innovative product offers convenient hands-free disposal.

The trash can's lid automatically opens when you pass your hand or debris within ten inches or a 130° angle from the infrared sensor. It will remain open as long as debris or your hand remains within the sensor's range, and will close automatically three seconds after you move your hand away. The power supply can last up to 6 months in normal daily use.

This model comes with a ring liner to conceal the trash bag, maintaining a neat and clean appearance. Please note that the newer version of this trash can requires 3 C batteries for operation, as opposed to the older model which used 4 D batteries (not included).

Constructed with high-quality materials, the trash can features a water-resistant infrared motion sensor to prevent damage from moisture or spills. Additionally, the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel base helps to keep the can clean. Advanced delay sensing technology helps to conserve battery life and prevents unnecessary openings due to pets, children, or passersby. The soft closing function extends the longevity of the product.

The touch-free motion sensor lid closure seals in odors and eliminates the risk of cross-contamination from germs. It requires 3 C batteries (not included), with alkaline batteries recommended for optimal performance. The removable ring liner holds the trash bag securely in place, preventing it from overhanging and maintaining a tidy appearance. You can use standard trash bags or opt for NINESTARS custom trash bags (NSTB-13-30) for a perfect fit.
